How do I download the mockup images after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email. You can also access your purchased files through your account on our website.
What file formats are available for your mockups?
Our mockups can be purchased in either JPG or PSD format, depending on your needs. PSD files are compatible with Adobe Photoshop and offer full customisation, while JPG files are ready to use as is.
Do I need specific software to use your mockups?
If you purchase the PSD format, you will need Adobe Photoshop to fully customise the mockup. JPG files can be used with any image editing software, such as Canva.
Can I use your mockups for commercial purposes?
Yes, all of our mockups come with a commercial license, allowing you to use them for your brand, marketing materials, and other commercial projects.
Are your mockups available in different sizes or resolutions?
All our mockups are provided at a minimum of 3000 pixels wide. Specific dimensions are listed in each product description.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

How do I apply my designs to the mockup images?
If you purchase the PSD format, our mockups come with smart object layers, allowing you to easily place your design into the mockup using Adobe Photoshop. Instructions are included with your download. If you purchase the JPG format, you can simply place your design on the image using any image editing software.
Can I request custom mockups?
At this time, we do not offer custom mockup services. However, we continually expand our collection based on customer feedback and popular requests.
