License agreement

1. License Grant

By purchasing and downloading mockup images from Stela Mockups, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Edit and insert your own artwork into the mockup images.
• Use and modify the mockup images for your personal or commercial work, or for commercial work on behalf of your clients.

2. Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

• Use the mockup images as described above, including incorporating them into designs for your own projects or those of your clients.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original JPG or Photoshop files, nor any modified versions of these files, with any third parties.
• Use the mockup images to create or distribute derivative works for sale on online marketplaces or similar platforms.
• Use the mockup images across multiple owned brands, social media accounts, or pages without obtaining a separate license for each brand account or page.
• Use the mockup images for any illegal purposes or activities.

4. Attribution

No attribution to Stela Mockups is required for the use of the mockup images.

5. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the mockup images, including copyright and ownership rights, remain with Stela Mockups. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the mockup images.

6. Termination

Stela Mockups reserves the right to terminate this license if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the mockup images and remove them from all media and promotional materials.
